Refund policy

If an item you ordered does not turn out to be what you expected eligible items may get returned within 7-days from receipt for a refund. 

Items returned for a refund must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents within 7 days of receipt from delivery. 

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for the net price after discounts and/or coupons.

On Sale items, Furniture, Blind Boxes CAN NOT be returned. To return an item contact us for a return label. A return label will be emailed to you within a few hours. The cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, please Contact us or use the withdrawal form to return your order within 14 days. As above, your item(s) must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents within 14 days upon  delivery. A return label will be emailed to you within a few hours. The cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.
