Refund policy

If an item you ordered does not turn out to be what you expected eligible items may get returned within 7-days from receipt for a refund. 

Items returned for a refund must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents within 7 days of receipt from delivery. 

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for the net price after discounts and/or coupons.

On Sale items, Furniture, Blind Boxes can not be returned. To return an item contact us for a return label. A return label will be emailed to you within a few hours. The cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
