WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
If an item you ordered does not turn out to be what you expected eligible items may get returned within 7-days from receipt for a refund.
Items returned for a refund must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents within 7 days of receipt from delivery.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for the net price after discounts and/or coupons.
On Sale items can not be returned. To return an item contact us for a return label. A return label will be emailed to you within a few hours. The cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. While we will do everything we can to assist, we are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to the carrier.
